The classic Argentinean Rogel cake in all its splendour: crispy layers with lots of dulce de leche covered by a delicious Italian meringue.

The cake. Multiple crunchy layers with the creamiest dulce de leche filling covered with Italian meringue.
The decorations. Although the Rogel cake has a more rustic look, you can add sprinkles, rose petals, or on its own. Don't forget to also add a candle (we all like making wishes, right?) and a Happy Birthday topper, made in rustic wood.
Notice required. Minimum 3 days required on all orders. If you need it urgently, send us an email and we'll try to accommodate depending on availability.
All cakes/desserts contain egg, dairy and gluten. May contain traces of nuts, including tree nuts.
- Cakes: Three-four days when stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Alfajores: Four weeks when stored in an airtight container away from sun light.
- Cakes + Alfajores: Three months when frozen in an airtight container to extend shelf life.
Free pick up is available in our HQ at Port Macquarie NSW. Make sure to choose the Pick-Up option (day + time) when checking out.
