This dessert cake offers the perfect balance of textures, color and flavours. Sweet, rustic, decadent and crowd-pleaser.
The cake. Fudgy brownie base, topped with the smoothest dulce de leche, whipped cream and chocolate shavings or fresh berries* (your choice).
The decorations. Although this brownie dessert doesn't call for more decorations, don't forget to also add a candle (we all like making wishes, right?) and a Happy Birthday topper, made in rustic wood to turn it into the ideal birthday present.
Notice required. Minimum 3 days required on all orders. If you need it urgently, send us an email and we'll try to accommodate depending on availability.
Vary depending on your selection. All cakes/desserts contain egg, dairy and gluten. May contain traces of nuts, including tree nuts.
Gluten free option is almond meal based (no flour).
- Cakes: Three-four days when stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Alfajores: Four weeks when stored in an airtight container away from sun light.
- Cakes + Alfajores: Three months when frozen in an airtight container to extend shelf life.
Free pick up is available in our HQ at Port Macquarie NSW. Make sure to choose the Pick-Up option (day + time) when checking out.
