Description
This cake roll (or “pionono” in Argentina) is the perfect addition to your sweet table. Its textures won’t disappoint: smooth dulce de leche, crunchy meringues, fluffy cake.
The cake. Very spongy base with no butter rolled with crunchy meringues andthe creamiest dulce de leche caramel sauce as the hero.
The decorations. Simple dulce de leche piping and crushed meringues. Don't forget to also add a candle (we all like making wishes, right?) and a Happy Birthday topper, made in rustic wood.

- Cakes: Three-four days when stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Alfajores: Four weeks when stored in an airtight container away from sun light.
- Cakes + Alfajores: Three months when frozen in an airtight container to extend shelf life.
Free pick up is available in our HQ at Port Macquarie NSW. Make sure to choose the Pick-Up option (day + time) when checking out.
