Description
This is our take on the traditional Tres Leches dessert. Choose between traditional whipped cream + strawberries or filled with dulce de leche + Italian meringue, and add a Latin American twist to your next event.
The cake. Two layers of spongy vanilla layers soaked in three types of milk, covered with either whipped cream and fresh strawberries (traditional) or dulce de leche filling and Italian meringue icing.
Little extras. Add a candle (we all like making wishes, right?) and a Happy Birthday topper, made in rustic wood.
IMPORTANT:
- It's not possible to write on the cake.
- Eating it on the day of pick up/delivery is recommended.
- It may also look a bit drippy, due to the moist nature of this dessert.
All cakes/desserts contain egg, dairy and gluten. May contain traces of nuts, including tree nuts.
- Cakes: Three-four days when stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Alfajores: Four weeks when stored in an airtight container away from sun light.
- Cakes + Alfajores: Three months when frozen in an airtight container to extend shelf life.
Free pick up is available in our HQ at Port Macquarie NSW. Make sure to choose the Pick-Up option (day + time) when checking out.
