The dessert. Our signature tangy lemon curd on a sweet and crumbly shortcrust base topped with smooth Italian meringue.
Size: 9" (25 cm) - 20-24 servings
The decorations. This classic is decorated with dehydrated lemon slices for a more rustic look. Don't forget to also add a candle (we all like making wishes, right?) and a Happy Birthday topper, made in rustic wood.

Three-four days when stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Can be frozen in an airtight container to extend shelf life.
