All prices are in Australian dollars and all major credit cards accepted via PayPal. You don’t need a Paypal account to make a payment. Upon checkout, you will be transferred to the PayPal website to make your payment securely and then redirected back to our shop once complete.
We do not offer refunds. However, if you are not totally happy with your product, please email us immediately at email@example.com and we will look into resolving the issue.
All our Premium Alfajores are made in our home council-registered kitchen and are handcrafted and made with love. Therefore, some variations may occur.
They are all individually sealed in compostable wrappers, wrapped in biodegradable tissue paper and shipped in a biodegradable gift box. However, they are perishable products. Some damages may occur in the shipping process. En Casa Cooking Space is not responsible for this.
En Casa Cooking Space has the right to cancel or not accept an order if the needs cannot be met.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. En Casa Cooking Space does not pass on, sell, rent or otherwise provide your personal information, including email address and contact details, to third parties.
We use AustralianPost and we only deliver within Australia to a physical address. PO Box address are not accepted. Parcels are shipped “signature not required” so the package will be left in your letterbox or front door to save you going elsewhere for collection.
NOTE: Considering the current Covid-19 situation and delays from Australian Post, all parcels will be sent via Sendle, which offers quicker turnaround delivery. Please understand the situation. Thank you!
Even though we all try to have available stock, we need 1-3 days notice to create your products and ensure a fresh, high quality product and a timely delivery. If your order is urgent or of a large quantity requirements, we would appreciate knowing about it in advance. This will help us make sure that you get what you need when you need it.
Orders are sent Monday to Friday and exclude statutory holidays. We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched which will include the tracking number to track your order’s progress.
We endeavour to ensure that our products arrive to you in the same excellent condition in which they leave our kitchen. We package our products carefully to protect them from any damage which may occur in transit. However we do not accept any liability for damage to goods which may occur once they have left our kitchen. We do not accept any return of purchased Alfajores by you and En Casa Cooking Space does not accept any full refund or credit for your purchase.
If your order does not turn up in the expected timeframe, please use the tracking number to check on its status.
If your order is advised as lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you.
Changes to pricing and products
Prices are subject to change without notice. En Casa Cooking Space reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change ingredients, packaging and included documentation. All orders are subject to availability.
