The cake. Very spongy base with no butter rolled with crunchy meringues and the creamiest dulce de leche caramel sauce as the hero.
The decorations. Simple dulce de leche piping and crushed meringues. Don't forget to also add a candle (we all like making wishes, right?) and a Happy Birthday topper, made in rustic wood.

Shelf Life
Three-four days when stored in an airtight container in the fridge. Can be frozen in an airtight container to extend shelf life.

Free pick up is available in our HQ at Port Macquarie NSW. Make sure to choose the Pick-Up option when checking out.
